Pratik Gandhi, Yami Gautam Replace Fawad Khan, Katrina Kaif In Aditya Dhar's Next
Aditya Dhar is all set to revive his romantic project - this time with his newly married wife Yami Gautam sharing screen space with Scam 1992 star Pratik Gandhi.
Long before director Aditya Dhar found belated fame in Uri, he was all set to direct a love story featuring Pakistani heart-throb Fawad Khan and Katrina Kaif. The film was to be produced by Karan Johar. But then there was a blanket ban on all Pakistani artistes in India. And Aditya’s project went into cold storage.
Now after the impressive success of Uri, Aditya is all set to revive his romantic project - this time with his newly married wife Yami Gautam sharing screen space with Scam 1992 star Pratik Gandhi.
The producer has also changed. Instead of Karan Johar and Dharma Productions, it is Ronnie Screwvala and his RSVP Films, who will produce Aditya Dhar’s Yami and Gandhi-starrer tentatively, titled Raat Baki.
The title is likely to change since there were two films recently - Raat Baki Hai and Raat Akeli Hai - with similar titles.
I reached out to director Aditya Dhar for comment. But he chose not to reply.
